General inspection

Regardless of whether you’re on the Pro or Basic plan, your goods will undergo a free general inspection at our warehouse. We adhere to Level II, AQL 2.5 standards, just like other inspection agencies.

If you’re using our preferred suppliers, we will address any quality issues at no extra charge. If you’re sourcing from your own suppliers, we can help resolve the problems, but please note that logistics and travel fees may apply.

For tailored inspection solutions or to achieve a lower defect rate, please reach out to our agent for more details on any extra charges.

Full inspection

For a 0% defect rate, we suggest our comprehensive inspection service, where we identify and eliminate all defective products. Our standard charge is $5 per hour. Reach out to our agent to discuss your requirements and receive a personalized quote.

Manufacturing Process Audit

With extensive expertise in Quality Control and Assurance, Joyeux offers on-site support to verify your suppliers and monitor your production processes. Our inspectors use a detailed sampling approach to swiftly identify any quality issues and provide timely reports.

Our inspectors are highly skilled and specialized, allowing clients to benefit from their product knowledge. Based on the audit criteria, we will propose a tailored audit plan based on a risk evaluation and collaborate with clients to determine the next steps. This includes varying Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL) based on statistical sampling methods, as well as adjusting the timing of the audit.

Third Party QC Process

To begin, we will gather all the product and supplier details, which will allow us to establish the quality control plan.

Our quality control team will conduct a thorough evaluation as part of our risk assessment, which will define the quality standards we apply. This will include determining the AQL level for the final inspection and any other necessary quality checks.

We will provide a daily rate, typically covering all travel and related expenses. However, there may be instances where additional costs (such as lab testing or extra travel) will apply, and these will be agreed upon in advance.

We will provide you with the QC report within 24 hours of the audit. This report will indicate whether the production has passed or failed, giving you the necessary information to decide whether to proceed with shipping the goods.

Joyeux Audit Solutions

Success in manufacturing begins with the supplier selection process. We offer a variety of factory audits to provide clients with the transparency needed to choose the right partners, including manufacturing audits, ethical audits (SMETA, BSCI), technical audits, and, when necessary, the client’s own audit process can be followed to address any specific requirements.

This is the final inspection before goods are dispatched and is typically conducted using AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) statistical samples based on the client’s specifications. If any batch fails to meet the pre-set rejection criteria, we will inform the client and initiate an agreed corrective action plan (CAP), which may include inspecting a larger sample, remaking the products, or accepting them as they are. The main goal is to have sufficient visibility during the process to make informed decisions before shipment.

Once development is complete, our quality team will verify your samples against the product specifications and provide a detailed technical inspection report. This is especially beneficial for larger samples, as it eliminates the need to ship or courier the sample to the client.

If specific risks are identified based on previous productions or if there’s a clear need to inspect 100% of the batch, we can carry out a piece-by-piece inspection. This process may also involve checking products during production, as it can help prevent quality issues before they become widespread.

We offer consulting services to guide our clients on the necessary mandatory and recommended product standards applicable to your market. The importer of record is responsible for all regulatory quality requirements. We assist in identifying the tests that need to be conducted to ensure compliance.

We offer this service to inspect the quality of the container and ensure that goods are properly loaded to capacity. Specifically, when a container is not fully packed, extra care is taken to ensure cartons are loaded in a way that minimizes the risk of damage during transit. Our report will include records of the container seal and the seal number, providing assurance that the container remains tamper-proof until it reaches you.

When specific manufacturing risks are identified, we perform inspections during the production process to detect and address issues early. This helps resolve potential problems before they escalate. Additionally, it can be used to ensure that production timelines are met, especially when there is a tight lead time. This approach is particularly useful for new product designs, new factories, or when previous production issues have occurred.”
